Visa Process & Documentation

How does the work visa process work?
Our process: 1. Free initial assessment & eligibility check.
2. Agreement signing and document collection.
3. Job offer/contract secured (if required).
4. Work permit/visa application prepared and submitted.
5. Guidance for embassy interview (if required).
6. Approval, ticketing, and post-arrival assistance.
What documents do I need to apply?
Typically: Valid passport, passport photos, CV, educational/experience certificates (if any), police clearance, medicals, and other country/job-specific documents. We'll give you a personalized checklist after your assessment.
Is there an interview at the embassy? What if I fail?
Some countries require a personal or video interview. We provide interview preparation and training. If you don’t succeed, we guide you on reapplication or alternative routes at no extra cost.
How long does the process take?
Average timeline: 2-4 months for most EU countries. Some visas (like Malta, Luxembourg, Hungary) can take 6-10 weeks after submission, but timing depends on government workload and your document readiness.

Jobs, Salaries & Job Support

Do you guarantee a job? Which sectors can I work in?
We guarantee job placement only where it’s legally possible and included in your agreement. Most applicants secure roles in construction, factories, cleaning, retail, hospitality, drivers, healthcare, and logistics.
What salary and benefits will I get?
Salary depends on the country, sector, and your experience. For labor roles:
- Malta: €1,000–€1,400/month
- Luxembourg: €2,600–€5,000/month
- Germany/Italy: €1,200–€2,200/month
Most jobs include accommodation, food (or allowance), insurance, and annual leave. Details are in your job offer.
Can I change jobs or employers after arrival?
This depends on country rules. In some (like Malta, Italy, Germany), you may change employers after a fixed period (often 1 year). Always consult us before changing jobs to avoid legal issues.
Is airfare or travel included?
Some employers cover airfare, but usually the candidate or agency arranges the first ticket. Check your agreement for specifics.

Payments, Refunds & Fees

What are the charges? When do I pay?
Our service fee varies by country and program. Payment is in 2–4 stages: at agreement, after job offer, on visa approval, and sometimes after arrival. We provide official receipts for all payments.
Are there refunds if I am refused?
Refunds are as per your signed agreement. If you are refused due to our error, you are eligible for a refund (excluding government/embassy fees already paid). If refusal is due to false documents or non-cooperation, refund does not apply.
How can I pay? Do you accept installments?
You can pay by cash, bank transfer, or payment link. Most programs accept installments (usually 2–4). Full payment details and schedule are in your agreement.

After Arrival & Family Support

Do you provide post-arrival support?
Yes! We guide you on TRC/ID card, bank account, medicals, local registration, and more. We’re available for support throughout your first contract period.
Can I bring my family later?
Most EU visas allow family reunion after you receive your residence card (usually after 6–12 months). Requirements: sufficient salary, accommodation, and clean record. We’ll help you prepare the application.
How long before I can apply for permanent residency or citizenship?
After 5 years of legal residence, you can apply for permanent residence in most countries. Citizenship may be possible after 6–10 years (varies by country and language skills).

Country-Specific Questions

What’s the easiest country for a work visa?
"Easiest" depends on your profile, documents, and timing. Currently, Malta, Luxembourg, and Hungary are the fastest options for most Asian labor profiles. We recommend the best country after reviewing your documents.
Can I apply for Germany/Italy if I don’t know the language?
For basic jobs, English is enough. Some jobs (healthcare, skilled) require language proof. We provide language guidance and free learning resources.
What if I am banned or refused in UAE, KSA, or EU?
If you have previous bans or refusals, let us know before applying. We will check your eligibility and advise on alternative options or necessary waiting periods.
